Is your injury too painful to travel with? ChislehurstPhysio comes to you!

Frequently asked questions

WHAT CONDITIONS CAN YOU TREAT?
Back pain, neck pain, arthritis, sports injuries, muscular/joint injuries, postural dysfunction, hand injuries and post- surgical aftercare. If you are unsure if physiotherapy could help, then please call to discuss your presentation.

WHAT TREATMENT METHODS DO YOU USE?

I use manual therapy (joint mobilisation, soft tissue release) to help reduce pain and improve movement. This is supported with exercise prescription. I am also trained in acupuncture which can also help to reduce pain. For some conditions, such as knee osteoarthritis, I may recommend an injection of hyaluronic acid*. Please see guided injection page for more information. (*Please note separate charges apply for this injection)
